Welcome....

In efforts to provide a more efficient and organized support solution, we deployed this web-based support system.  Please consider this Version 1.0 of this site.  The IT Department will be working to make this site more useful and user friendly.  Please bear with us as we develop this Help Desk.

Use this help desk to submit requests for:

  • User support
  • Software support
  • Hardware support
  • Email and SharePoint user requests
  • New computer and equipment orders

Support requests will be addressed in a triage fashion based on the following criteria:

  • Equipment obtained with consultation and approval of  IPA New Haven (HQ) IT Department receives precedence over equipment purchased without consultation and approval of IPA New Haven (HQ) IT Department.
  • Standard equipment, as identified in Equipment List Form Topic, will receive priority support over non-standard equipment.
  • Emergencies affecting project work will be prioritized over issues that do not affect project work.
  • Email and user requests will be batched and processed weekly, thus receiving a lower priority than hardware and software problems. See Email request topic in Announcements section found in Forums.
  • IT related problems due to lack of coordination with IPA New Haven (HQ) IT Department may result in a charge to project budget for time spent addressing issue.
