How To Request Support in IPA Support Center
This document is a step-by-step guide that outlines how to open a support ticket in the IPA Support Center. There are primarily two ways to open a support ticket.
1. You can simply send an email to support@poverty-action.org
Please try to use a descriptive subject (“Problems adding a budget viewer in Salesforce”) and include as much detail as possible in the body of the email (which project, which vault, which application, screenshots, what happened etc.)
2. Using the IPA Support Center app tile on your Microsoft Dashboard.
